We released a fix for the 2015 model Hubs that started experiencing Z-Wave communication issues as a result of the update. After monitoring the fix, we released that firmware version (25.27) to 2018 model Hubs. At this time, all 2015 and 2018 model Hubs have received a firmware update. Update
During the firmware release, some 2015 model Hubs started experiencing issues communicating with Z-Wave devices. We are currently working on releasing a fix for impacted users and will then continue the release to remaining users.

Samsung SmartThings Hub 2018 and 2015 model firmware version 25.26 will be rolling out to customers over the next couple days. This release includes updates for more devices to run locally, Z-Wave enhancements, and other bug fixes.
Please note that when your Hub receives the update, Z-Wave and Zigbee functionality will be disabled for up to 5 minutes as the system is upgraded. Visit https://community.smartthings.com/c/announcements for more information.
