Between the times of 7:50am and 8:55am EST, some users in the Americas may have experienced issues controlling hub connected devices via the mobile app and automations. Some users' hubs may have also been marked as offline during this time. These issues have been resolved. Please contact us via support.smartthings.com if you have any questions.
