A firmware update for Samsung SmartThings Hub 2018 and 2015 models will release to customers starting Tuesday, September 10th. This release version 27.8 is a hotfix for version 27.6 that includes improvements for some LAN communication and fixes for connectivity issues with Multi-Endpoint devices.
Your Hub will briefly go offline as it reboots and applies the update; most users will experience less than one minute of downtime. Visit https://community.smartthings.com/t/hub-firmware-release-notes-27-6/171189 for more information. We will update the status page once the release has been completed.
