Issues with Hub connectivity

Some users in the Americas may have experienced issues with their Hubs going offline around 2pm ET. These Hubs may have still shown a green LED despite being offline. This issue has been resolved, and Hubs should come back online on their own. Please contact us via support.smartthings.com if you have any questions.
