During this time, some users may have also received inaccurate hub offline notifications as a result of these issues. After corrective action, however, we are seeing improvements in performance and are continuing to monitor.

Some users in the Americas may currently be experiencing issues controlling Hub-connected devices. We are currently investigating and will provide updates as available.
