Users in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa may have seen issues connecting certain devices staring at 4:20PM UTC on the 13th of September. We have identified and corrected the cause of this issue and users in these regions are now able to join devices as expected. During this time, creating and editing devices via the IDE will have failed as well. Please contact us via support.smartthings.com if you have any questions.
