Between 8:40 AM EDT and 9:35 AM EDT Wednesday, Sept 23rd, some users in the Americas may have experienced Hubs and devices incorrectly displaying an offline status in the SmartThings App. The issue has since been resolved. Please contact us via support.smartthings.com if you have any questions.
