Beginning at 3PM (British Summer Time) this Thursday afternoon (10th of August) we will start performing a Cloud Service Upgrade which will increase the resiliency of the SmartThings infrastructure.
During the update window, you will experience a downtime of less than 1/2 hour. During the downtime you will be unable to control devices through SmartThings, automations, and notifications will not be available, and the Hub and mobile app will be offline. When the update is complete, your Hub will reconnect to the SmartThings platform and devices and automations will resume operating.
