Starting approximately 2PM ET on Tuesday the 7th, users may have seen issues with claiming 2018 model SmartThings Hubs. We have identified and corrected the cause of this issue and users are able to claim these Hubs without any errors. For any Hubs claimed during this time-frame that are not functioning, it is recommended to remove and reconnect the Hub. Please contact us via support.smartthings.com if you have any questions.
