Issues receiving real-time updates through the SmartThings Mobile App should now be resolved. We are continuing to monitor system health and will provide updates accordingly.

Some users in North America are experiencing issues getting real-time updates through the SmartThings Mobile App. Devices will still be controllable, but changes in device status may not immediately display in the app. We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution.
